About me

I’m a multimedia artist who works across film, installation and photography, (b.1991 in Denmark). I live and work in Dunedin, running ADJØ in Dunedin together with my partner, and I am one of the founders of Who is? Project.

Starting my business with my partner 5 years ago meant I had to pause my work. Now, I'm gradually returning to it and handling commercial projects alongside my creative artwork.

My fine art practice is rooted in the real world. With a conceptual and abstract approach, my works explore a curiosity about what it means to be happy, successful and beautiful; what it means to fit into society and be accepted, what it means to stand out from the crowd and be our own person. In my photos, I skillfully capture the essence of modern city life by delving into the intricacies of how individuals choose to conceal or reveal their authentic selves within the vibrant tapestry of today's urban culture.
